Picture: "And Jesus Wept" a memorial dedicated to the lives lost in the terrorist bombing of the Murrah Federal Building on April 19th, 1995. Personal items and letters, attached to the security fence that blocked off the ruins, created a temporary memorial to the victims of the tragedy. Some of these items were incorporated into the permanent memorial that was constructed in the spring of 2000.

These cards were sent by Jan who is based in Sapulpa, she very kindly sent me no less than six post cards so I have chose my four favorites to post on this site. I would like to record my thanks to Jan for responding so quickly to my plea for contacts.
