High Falls State Park

Picture: The area around High Falls State Park was originally inhabited by the Creek Indians. The dam is approximately 606 feet long and 35 feet high. It impounds a 650 acre lake with a total width of 415 feet and an average depth of 12 feet. High Falls State Park consists of 981 acres of land and 650 acres of lake.

These Post Cards were sent by Cindy who I have known for a few years, its the first time I have seen any pictures of Georgia though. Cindy is based in Jackson.

Picture: Smell the sweet fragrance of the peach blossoms. Peach orchards can be found throughout Georgia as it is a very important crop to Georgia's economy.
